It is required by UCSD that all volunteers sign a safety waiver before volunteering (you only need to do this once for the whole event). Waivers will be located right next to the sign-in/out sheet.
4) CLOTHING:
We strongly urge you to wear closed-toed shoes to prevent injury. In addition, if you are helping to do course setup, since there will be hundreds of hay bales, gloves and long-sleeved shirts are recommended.
If you are free during any of the times that you are not signed up for, it is totally great if you lend us a hand–we can definitely use your help! Just show up at the location designed under “where to go,” and you will be able to sign yourself in.
See you all there!
