Mentor/Mentee Program

Mentor/Mentee Contact: Kyle Brubaker jbrubake[at]ucsd[dot]edu

Reasons to get involved:
Freshmen, sophomores, transfers:
Get advice on classes, career paths, how to prepare for post-grad programs, how to get involved in research, how to balance life and school and more! Unsure about whether you are in the right track, major or career path? Hit up your mentor and get some sage advice that comes from 2+ years of experience.

Juniors and seniors:
This program needs YOU to function. What you have to do is simple, keep in contact with your mentees by e-mail, offer up your advice and some encouraging words of strength. You get to make a difference in a young bioengineer’s life and get some free lunches to boot (proudly sponsored by BMES)! PRODIGIOUS!

Everyone wins!
Mentors/mentees communicate via e-mail, and all M/M are invited to attend M/M specific social events. So you see, you’ve got nothing to lose, everyone is a winner! And we bioengineers very much like winners. =)

I’m sold–sign me up!
Please e-mail jbrubake[at]ucsd[dot]edu with your name, your track(BENG, BTEC, PMED, BINF), and class year ASAP so you can get in on all the fun!
